Customer Queries 

Your Question: Do you do meet-ups? If so, can I collect it from you?
Our Answer: Unfortunately, we do not do meet-ups. This is because it is not cost-efficient for us. You may however, drop by our warehouse to do a self collection. Simply select in-store pickup during checkout and our customer service team will drop you an email to arrange with you accordingly.

Your Question: I need the products urgently. Is there any way I can get it from you?
Our Answer: We use an outsourced Courier Service, so you can be sure to receive your goods within 1 - 3 working days upon payment. 90% of all packages usually get delivered within the next working day. You may also drop by our warehouse to do a self collection. Simply select in-store pickup during checkout and our customer service team will drop you an email to arrange with you accordingly.

Your Question: I won't be around in the day, can I get the package delivered at night?
Our Answer: Yes, simply select the evening timeslot (6pm - 10pm) during checkout and we'll arrange to ship it out accordingly. 

Your Question: Is there a minimum order for purchases?
Our Answer: There is no minimum order or minimum amount whatsoever. Every sale is valuable to us :)

Your Question: Are prices in SGD or USD?
Our Answer: All prices are in Singapore Dollar. 

Your Question: How come you guys can offer such low prices?
Our Answer: Firstly, we import some of our brands directly from the US enabling us to take advantage of their competitive price market. Secondly, we do not have a physical shop and don’t need to hire salespeople or pay rent. Thirdly, we only hold stock on popular items thereby reducing the cost incurred of storing an expansive range of products. Streamlining our business and increasing our cost efficiencies enables us to transfer that cost savings to you!  

 

Product Queries

Your Question: I don't mean to be rude, but are your products genuine?
Our Answer: Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and we source them from authorised distributors around the world with majority from the USA and Singapore.

Your Question: What is the expiry date on the food products?
Our Answer: Our products are brand new from the distributor and as such have around 3 months - 1 year expiry.

Your Question: Do you hold stock on all products?
Our Answer: We currently hold stock of most products. Orders for all other products will be placed directly with our distributors upon customer checkout and should take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.

Your Question: I noticed that some items are out of stock, how do I place an order for it?
Our Answer: You may leave your email in our waiting list by clicking on the 'Notify me when available' button, you will receive an email once that item is available for order again.

 

Shipping Queries

Your Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Our Answer: 
Yes we do! We provide free delivery (with tracking number) for all orders above $45.

Your Question: Do you provide timeslots for delivery?
Our Answer: Yes, we have two time-slots available for your convenience:

  • Day (9am - 6pm)
  • Evening (6pm - 10pm)

Simply select your preference during checkout and we'll arrange delivery accordingly.

Your Question: How long do I have to wait for the items? 
Our Answer: We endeavour to meet our delivery leadtime target of 3 working days, that is, 1 to 2 working days for processing and 1 working day for delivery. 

Your Question: What if the products arrive damaged?
Our Answer: Should the products arrive damaged, kindly tell the courier you are unable to accept it and that you would like it to be returned to the sender. We do ensure that our boxes are well packed though :)

Your Question: Can you deliver within a specific timing? I may not be around. 
Our Answer: We outsource all our deliveries to Ninja Van and therefore have limited control over the delivery timings. Should you not be around to receive your package, you may contact them directly via http://www.ninjavan.sg/ to rearrange for a free redelivery. Alternatively, you may also contact us to rearrange it for you.

Your Question: Can you please call before arrival?
Our Answer: As mentioned, we outsource all our deliveries to Ninja Van and therefore have limited control over the delivery process. You may email us your request and we'll write a kind note with a smiley face on the box for the deliveryman. While he is not obliged to follow it, a nice smiley face on the box might encourage him :)

Your Question: Do you ship internationally?
Our Answer: No, we don't :(
